          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

          The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

          The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.
