Had a 3-4 day history of cough and head congestion. I have a colonoscopy in 1 week so really wanted to avoid having to reschedule as I already had to wait 6 months after scheduling due to Gastros busy schedule. I got the appt scheduled quick, waited a little over 30 min to be roomed and the PA was prompt, thorough, and had a great bedside manner. Thanks so much for seeing me.

I woke up and the side of my face was swollen, under my eye and down my jawline.  Made an appointment online, staff was nice and very accommodating.  A little wait for the Dr. but that was okay because he was able to diagnose the problem and explained what was needed to get better.

I went for COVID-19 testing and wanted the rapid test. Front desk person was rude when telling me that they did not provide it. Website stated that it was available. I really preferred rapid test because I am 65 and my husband is immune compromised.

Appointment/ Check in online convenient and easy. Used took Medicare and TRICARE for Life insurance.!This is my third visit to this particular Prime Care clinic. The staff from receptionist to provider very friendly and professional. I was thankful provider asked permission for COVID test and I agreed since I did have some of the symptoms. Test negative! I do have a regular doctor but closed on Saturday. This facility is ten minutes from my home. I will keep coming here due to proximity! Wait time was reasonable. Thank you for easing my mind of diagnosis.😇

Everyone there was amazing! I took my parents there two weeks ago for Covid testing and today I went for my husband and I and y’all were wonderful. Y’all were efficient, courteous, prompt and quick. Thank you so much! You inspire in me confidence. I can trust my family’s health to you. Thanks again!

The staff was wonderful. The girl that gave me and my mom our Covid tests was so kind, friendly, and encouraging. The woman who gave us our results was very pleasant and informative. This was my first time going to the clinic. I was very, very pleased.

I came in for a COVID Test, and I was told that I needed an appointment. I did not have an appointment and I told them this is my only off day. Then the nurse said okay we can take care of you. Then ask me to download the web site to my phone and put in the information required. Before I had completed my application, she came back and tested me for COVID-19. When I finally finished putting in my information and submitted it to them. About 30 minutes later I received a text message informing me that my test results came back negative. I recommend this place to anyone who has to take the COVID-19 Test!

This is my second visit to PrimaCare for Covid testing. The first visit was wonderful and it was a smooth process. The second visit was great up to the point of speaking with the doctor. Her name is Shana Fakkel. I wanted to retest to make sure I am negative and be able to leave home isolation from being almost two weeks in a room, have peace of mind to be close to my parents which both are 65+ years of age, I live with them and not live with the uncomfortable feeling that I can be COVID-19 positive and affect the people around me. In short, Ms. Fakkel, which I will not even want to call her by Dr. had the audacity of questioning my retesting decision by asking why I would want to make my health insurance pay for another test to have peace of mind. I was shocked! First of all, that is none of her damn business and I have the right to test whenever I feel like it and charge my insurance whenever I feel like it if I PAY FOR IT! Second, she should do her job more professionally and not use a criticizing tone to her patients. I was NOT happy! On a positive note, I still got my test and the rest of the staff is great, so I still recommend this clinic, but it’s sad that one person can ruin it for everyone. I hope to not see her again in the future if I decide to return to PrimaCare.

I was able to get care within minutes after going into the office. I am so fortunate that a friend, who had gone to CityDoc earlier for a COVID Rapid Test, recommended this location. I had called four other pharmacies to try to get a rapid test. The earliest I could get it from any pharmacy was two days later. CityDoc relieved a lot of stress for me with the rapid test. I also got helpful, reassuring care plus a follow-up text, which was a thoughtful bonus. Many thanks CityDoc doctor, nurse, and receptionist. Everything was easy, quick, and professional. No cost, either, with insurance. Great recommendation.

Needed last minute COVID tests for international travel. They were prompt, efficient, and so helpful in every way. On the phone, online, wait time was nothing for our appointments. They were the best during a really stressful time. Thank you again!!

This has become a real help to me during this time of CoVid. In order to see my Mom, I have to get tested every 2 weeks. I am always well cared for by the staff who go the extra mile to ensure I have the necessary documentation for my visit. I would HIGHLY recommend this location.

Very easy to get a PCR test done. This is the sixth one I’ve purchased from you, so I’m not crazy about the price, but I appreciate that you own the equipment and that you can turn it quickly. The team member who helped us was very polite and very efficient. I have two points of feedback for you that may be helpful: first, the distinction of a travel PCR test versus regular PCR test is confusing to me. The team member was unable to clarify any technical differences between the two for me. All she said was that they were two different machines, but it didn’t seem like she had an understanding of the difference. Secondly, both times I’ve been there, your system sends me a text right after I leave that says I can complete documentation with a URL link. However there’s no documentation that needs to be completed at that point. The first time we called to see what else we needed to do, and were told to just ignore the text. Seems like you could change that text to something more intuitive/ relevant or not send it unless there is something actionable. Hope that’s helpful!

Needed a rapid Covid test for my job. I had difficulty finding somewhere to do a test on a Sunday, but it needed to be 3 days after exposure for me. I was anxious about how long it would take to get results, but they had me in & out quickly and my results were in my inbox in an hour and a half! I will definitely use them again!

This is by far my favorite place to get all of my covid tests done. Super fast and easy. The nurse that attended me today was super nice i believe her name is Ana. Will most definitely recommend this place to anyone for covid tests:)

Wonderful people and information. Went for COVID test to fly to London and your price was $300. Said no thanks and went to Care Now and paid $139. You have to give this test at a price people can pay! That was so disrespectful. Will go out of my way to tell people not to come.

This place is great. The wait time is so short. They have Covid tests. They will see you even if they think you have Covid. I got turned away from other urgent cares because they thought I had a symptom of Covid. The staff is pleasant and the care was great. 10 out of 10.

We arrived at the COVID 19 test today 15 mins before our afternoon appt, and we were both tested at the same time before our scheduled appt. times. Our C19 test results arrived by text about 42 minutes after we left. I would highly recommend this test site on the Hemphill St and W. Bolt St side of La Gran Plaza. Easily schedule appts. at www.solvhealth.com.

Great experience overall getting Covid rapid results test. I didn't have an appointment so came as a walk-in. It was at a time when it was almost impossible to get a Covid test on short notice anywhere in the metro area. I needed to leave town and get a Covid test before flying. I had to wait about an hour to get the test, but even people with appointments were waiting several hours to get tested through the county's testing program. Since I was just a walk-in at UUC, I was pleased to be seen with only an hour's wait. The staff was efficient, friendly, and competent. Good experience!

Needed a Covid test, booked online, filled out paperwork online, arrived and was seen at my appointment time. Every staff member nice, helpful, and efficient. Great experience. I also saw them being very patient with an older patient who was a little mixed up. Nice group of fellow humans. :)

I love City Doc It is a wonderful facility. Everyone from the front desk to every single person in the back was sweet had patience was very thorough and professional. Loved the doctor. Her reccomendation that I come to the ER to be checked out was the best thing that happened. I am at Baylor. I might need to stay till Monday. Several of my levels were out of the reference range. I have had a lot of testing performed. I am bding seen and assessed by a cardiologist and by a nephrologist. I am so glad and grateful that I came to City Doc. I would very HIGHLY RECOMMEND CITY DOC TO ANYONE. IT IS SIMPLY THE BEST.

I had an appointment for a Covid test and as soon as I went in, they were ready for me. I received my results in 30 minutes. I did not expect to know that soon. The nurse was friendly, too. Overall a very good experience.

I need a Covid rapid test on New Years Day and my friend Yasmin recommended Pediatric Urgent Care. She told me they do testing for all ages, not just kids. Nathan was friendly and quick and I had my results in less than an hour. Ugh... they were positive.

Fort Worth Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
