Incredible experience! The ma working reception was great. The doctor was amazing, caring, responsive, and helpful! I will definitely be going back to this location in the future and think the staff members deserve praise! The ma who checked me before the dr was also very kind and cheerful. Check in was easy and I appreciated them redoing my drs note to have the verbiage needed by my job.

Hello, I’m writing to express a concern regarding my recent visit to your urgent care. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience during the blood draw. The person who attempted to draw my blood had to stick me three separate times before successfully collecting the sample. The experience was painful and made me feel very uncomfortable. I understand that sometimes blood draws can be difficult, but I did not feel confident or comfortable with the way the procedure was handled. I would appreciate it if this concern could be reviewed. Got appointment within same day. Staff was very professional and attentive and listened to my concerns.

I walked in and the waiting was very little. Staff was amazing, The PA Sam was very professional and compassionate removed a cyst. The clinic was very clean and organized.

I attempted to book an appt online but wasn’t able to do so.  Seemed the website wasn’t working properly.  I waited for less than 20 minutes to be seen at the office.  All staff was professional and friendly.

I highly recommend AFC Saugus. I came in on a Saturday morning and was one of the first patients in the clinic. They attended to me quickly and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The physician was easy to work with and attentively listened to my concerns and addressed the symptoms I was experiencing. AFC Saugus will be my top choice should I need medical assistance in the future.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
