I had heard wonderful things about this AFC urgent care and it was definitely 💯 true. I went online to schedule and complete the required paperwork and then arrived at there office location.  I was greeted by Asha at the front desk with a friendly smile and was quickly taken to the back by staff,Shreya. She gathered my vitals and heard about my issue for today.  I was then greeted by Dr Seward, who was very through and requested some further tests. He has a wonderful beside manner and i was quickly given my diagnosis and prescriptions were called into my pharmacy.  It was very nice to be treated in such a professional manner. I would highly recommend AFC if you need a quick visit to the Dr.

PA that was working was very attentive and kind and the medical assistants were all very friendly and made you feel comfortable. Update- 8/17/26 the PA was supposed to send my medication to pharmacy and I only received one of them, I tried calling back on Friday and the receptionist said the PA wasn’t working but she would give the message to the provider in office and call me back to let me know that it was sent , that never happened. I called back on Sunday around 4:20 the receptionist hung up on me then wouldn’t answer the calls after that, I went to office at 4:25pm the girl at the front desk seen me knocking on the door and went to the back office and wouldn’t come back out. I’m glad the medication wasn’t a life or death situation or I would’ve been dead. Your staff should be ashamed of themselves as a nurse myself I am ashamed of them for you ! Won’t be back to that facility unless care management changes !

Alandria and Gracie are always friendly and they took great care of me, they always get the job done, very proficient in everything they do. I recommend everyone to come here but then again I don’t want everyone to be here because I want to gate-keep you guys so bad I should be the only patient, So selfish of me, I love Quick Doc, you guys are stuck with me for life. The whole staff is also friendly, To sum it all up I recommend this place, Thank you so much.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

Getting tested for Tuberculosis

A tuberculosis test identifies whether or not you've ever been infected. It won't tell you whether your illness is current or latent, but it will tell you if you've had this bacterial infection before.

A tuberculosis test can be performed on the skin or in the blood. Neither test necessitates any extra preparation.

During the skin test, the TB test provider injects a small protein called PPD beneath the first layer of your skin. A positive reaction to PPD, which is generated from tuberculosis bacteria, can indicate that you have had tuberculosis. After 48 to 72 hours, the TB test provider will request that you return to the clinic so that the injection site may be thoroughly checked to confirm or rule out a positive result.

During the blood test, the TB test practitioner takes a small sample of blood from your arm with a tiny needle. Following that, your sample is sent to a lab for examination and determination of whether or not you have tuberculosis.

When you have TB symptoms, you should get a tuberculosis test. Fever, chest pain, exhaustion, night sweats, unexplained weight loss, a cough that lasts at least three weeks, and coughing up blood are all symptoms of tuberculosis.

A tuberculosis test may be ordered if you are deemed to be at high risk for tuberculosis. A weaker immune system, contact with people who have tuberculosis, or travel to a country where tuberculosis is common are all risk factors for tuberculosis. Furthermore, some employers, including healthcare facilities, correctional facilities, and people who work or volunteer at homeless shelters, require employees to receive tuberculosis tests on a regular basis.
