Pain from Sciatica had become unbearable. I wasn't able to schedule an appointment with my doctor, but I went online to Carbon Health's website and had no trouble booking an appointment. I was seen on time, the facility was clean & comfortable, the check-in process was hassle free, and the young lady at the front desk was polite and professional. Dr. Upton was a tremendous help to me. In addition to being able to prescribe the right medication for my condition, she advised me regarding lifestyle changes that might be beneficial. Above all - SHE LISTENED to me! I would certainly recommend this location to my friends and neighbors.

Amazing, so quick and helpful. Took the time to hear my ailments and talk through all of my treatment options. Will come back anytime I am not feeling well.

I had a cold that wasn't getting any better. So I looked up Urgent Care centers in my medical app and up pops Carbon Health. Living right in the area was so convenient. I made an online appointment instead of walking in. And everything was perfect! I was taken care of, received prescriptions to pickup. They are so caring and professional there. I’ve been sick all week with cough  my daughter said I should come . So my grandson took me. It was fast and great going there there took care of my health quick got the shot I needed .. I came in because I was experiencing congestion and a cough. I did not have an appointment but was able to see a doctor within 15 minutes. The front office staff was friendly and efficient, as was the PA. The doctor was amazing! She asked for pertinent info and addressed all my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate that she made direct eye contact when we spoke and really listened to my concerns. I felt she truly cared and considered what I shared. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND FIRST IMPRESSION!
