The staff are very friendly from the front to the PA specially to Gavin the medical assistant. I’m very happy with his service. He explain everything lots of patient answering all the question. I am so proud of him very professional. I wish all the medical assistant are like him. Thank you very much to have an employee like him. Really appreciate for him  being professional.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Every time I’ve been to the Ruston Urgent Care (and the one in Bridgeport) I’m left feeling good because everyone is so kind, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend either of those locations. Great job!

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!
