The front office and screening staff were very friendly. They checked us in fast and were kind to my child who was the patient. The nurse or the doctor who saw us does not know how to accommodate to young kids (4yr). He was cold upon entering the room. He asked my kid questions as they are an adult and specifically asked if they had blurry vision, as we came in for an eye sty. My kid does not know what blurry is yet because my kid said this he told me to take my kid  to the ER. He never looked inside the eye and just touched outside, which didn’t hurt. We told the nurse what she’s been experiencing and I do not think that was heard. When  I said I wouldn’t take my kid to the ER for what looks to be an eye sty and I wanted to get drops prescribed, their attitude changed. Then they asked me to sit a waiver acknowledging that I’m making the decision to go against their recommendation and proceeded to read out the risks, which included death. He read of the risks and said death in front of my kid. My kid was scared and kept asking me afterwards if they were going to die.  It was a waste of my copay. I took my kid here because the pediatrician office was closed and the pediatric urgent care had a 2 hours wait.  This was a really bad experience. Again front office and the person who took my kids vitals were friendly and great, the nurse or doctor who saw us was horrible with kids.  Will not be coming back for my kids.

Check in was easy. I was a walk in. The staff that attended me were amazing. Thank you!

Woke you not feeling well, made an appointment for this office everything was fast, the office was clean and I was able to get all I needed from my visit. Great staff and doctors

Dr. Timur Ruzehaj was so friendly and knowledgeable! He even took the time to show me different diagrams and explain exactly what was wrong.

The receptionist and nurse were phenomenal. If I could give them 5 stars I would. The NP (whose name I can’t remember at the moment, maybe Maryann?) was friendly and kind. But I did not leave the appointment feeling confident. I truly felt like antibiotics were prescribed just to “check off a box” and not actually solve the problem, because she was unsure of what the rash or bumps on the skin were from. Originally the ears looked great, but after not being able to diagnose the skin condition, the cough, or the congestion, she took a look at the ears and decided one “might” be a little red. She also left the room without saying goodbye and giving results from swabs, so I had no idea the appointment was even over. I thought she left to check on them and would come back to let me know. I was waiting in the room for her to come back and finish. I’m not one to take antibiotics just for the sake of it, or as she put it “give it a try,” so we did not end up picking them up. I don’t normally use urgent care but the pediatricians office was closed and I was worried it would be a rough night and thought it would be best to get checked out. Waste of time and money. Will be seeing regular doctor in the morning.

Jock itch treatment went fast Thorough and very professional

The whole staff was very pleasant and professional. My only issue is the gentleman who was the medical assistant that applied the ointment and dressings to my wounds, was touching his arm and lifting the garbage can lid with his gloved hand and then returning to put ointment on my wound. And Then returning to the garbage can lid , same glove and back to my wound. I was very shocked and didn't want to insult him by complaining , but he should be more aware of sanitary guidelines for gloves and garbage and open wounds. Other than that , he was very pleasant and polite.

Awesome team at the Lyndhurst office. Doctor on site was knowledgeable and diagnosed my issue in a short period of time.

This was my first time ever going to an Urgent Care. Showed up around 3 pm on a Saturday afternoon. Was only one other person before me. Only problem was ME arriving after lab work was picked up so labs have to wait. Should have gone earlier in day but I put my health crisis after other things like so many. Doctor was kind, smart and did all the right things.
