My daughter 6yo. Hurt her arm pretty bad yesterday afternoon and usually they are great! But This last visit was so fast and I didn’t really get any answers. I had to call back today which they said they were gonna call me but they didn’t. And just to tell me that it was nothing I said so what do you mean it was nothing my daughter’s in pain for nothing and then they were like oh well it’s a sprain, but I don’t know. I don’t feel like it’s just a sprain.I think I need a second opinion. Xrays were taken but maybe it’s just me as a mom, I hate to see my daughter in pain and the place I trusted said it was nothing.

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

I have been miserable. I don’t like going to the doctor because I think “I’ll get better”. Went to acute care. OMG. In and out within 30 mins. The provider gave me multiple RXs to deal with my issues. Horrible cough, congestion, headache, itchy eyes…definitely miserable. Four days later…feeling better.
