I was able to book my appointment and complete all paperwork online. My wait time was only ten minutes or so and everyone was very friendly considering it was late on a Saturday afternoon. The nurse and the doctor were both courteous and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back if I have a need for a doctor outside my regular GPs hours.

Walk-in 820 a.m. doors open at 8 a.m. it was a 2.5 hour wait. I seen with my eyes that they were very busy even at open time. I did not mind the wait. They apologized 10x each staff member. They were short on docs. That happens. They were great. Clean, attentive, and welcoming. I love southern Immediate care. I haven't had a bad visit in 5 years. Yeah wait time varies and that is ok.

My 3 granddaughters never dread coming here. We are usually in and out quickly, and their problem is always completely and thoroughly taken care of. The staff has always been professional, but very friendly. For all the many things the girls have caught, and will catch at school, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
