Didn’t get a summary of my visit. I thought maybe it would’ve been emailed to me after but it wasn’t. I called and asked but was advised I would have to come back up there instead. The online option was not available. That’s inconvenient when you’re sick and already home.

Needed a Tetanus shot after a minor accident. Scheduled an appointment with a different urgent care facility and mistakenly ended up at this location; after helping me to discover my error, the facility saw me within minutes, treating me right then and there. What luck! I am so grateful for their quality of care and rapidity of service.

I was able to schedule my appointment and  complete paperwork online so once I got there, check in was a breeze. There wasn’t a long wait time due to not many people there. I was treated promptly and swiftly. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful which is comforting when you’re not feeling the best. Thank you!

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.

I came in one day without an appoint and waited two hours as a walk-in before I had to leave without being tested. I made an appointment through Quest Lab Testing for the next day, showed up on time, got tested easily and was on my way in 15-20 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I should not have to have traveled to a different place just get a covid test done for my surgery, this should have been done when I was at St. John’s west shore doing my pre-op testing.

Great experience at the North Olmsted facility for the covid testing . On time , pleasant staff.

Fast and efficient covid test. When reaffirming that I don’t need to isolate after test before surgery he said no I guess not -

I was worried about the covid test. I was pleasantly surprised that it just tickled and made me sneeze. The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The man doing the testing assured me it was no big deal. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Gentleman that did Covid test had earphones in …I said Good Morning…he didn’t react…said it louder again …he replied! But..never said Have a Nice Day or anything when I left! Too busy on his phone!

I have an autistic boy, an the gentleman the tested him was as good as it could be working with him, thank you

Checked in for blood tests before my MRI scheduled for 10/15/21. There were 2 people ahead of me; maybe 10-15 minute wait; only one person working sign in and taking the blood, doing both jobs. She was friendly and efficient and it was quick!

Drove 56 miles for a 10 second covid test swab swipe- very disappointed that my surgry facility does not do the covid testing too -ahujia

- Verified patient on 4/12

I was surprised as to how fast it went, from check in, to walking out the door. It was great not fumbling for medical cards for a change. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient, and the nan who did the test was nice and gentle. I had heard bad stories about roughness and discomfort. I definitely give them both 5 ⭐️.

Appt. was at 10:17 for COVID test. Wait was 1 minute abs went in. Tech was quick and gentle. Out in under 1 minute.

- Verified patient on 3/29

Arrived for a covid test. Receptionist was very friendly. Entered room to have test. Gentleman sitting at table looked up at me and put gloves on. I took off mask and said does this go in my throat, response was “nose”. Swabbed both nostrils. I said are we finished, response “yes”. I said you don’t talk much , response “only if someone asks a question”. I said that’s not very good patient care. Response “silence”. Those were the only words spoken to me. I have not ever had a test where the person didn’t at least speak a few words to explain what he was going to do. Usually even “hi or hello, And a “I am going to swab your nose for the covid test and you are finished would have been something. Very poor reflection on UH care.

I entered the facility they greeted me they asked me for my name and my birthday I gave him the information I told him that I had to sit down for a bit and they said they will have the technician come out and do the swab test where I sat. It was very pleasant experience the gentleman came out with a mask on and the swab in his hand a gown very professional very polite there was over within 2 minutes. I was done and I was on my way home fast friendly real quick I like that.

Was a fast visit of blood work and urine test. After I was done in the bathroom I looked for a worker but couldn’t see. I waited for a bit. Then left.

- Verified patient on 10/28

The Lady at the front desk was super nice , and the gentleman that performed the covid test was also very nice , a very clean facility

- Verified patient on 4/24

n regards to pre-admission testing, the hip & knee class and the pre-admission COVID test everything went very smooth and the staff in all areas are very friendly, understanding and helpful. The only hiccup was that my PRE-admission COVID test was scheduled for 7:35 am at the North Olmsted facility. I highly recommend this location as opposed to do-it-yourself drive thru methods however, the facility needs to be more welcoming at this time of the day. A handful of patients were waiting in our cars and the website and facility doors indicate they open at 8am. The building appears closed! One woman went up to the south doors and they were locked, but fortunately ascended the stairs to the west/ handicapped entrance and entered. The rest of us then followed. There needs to be a COVID TESTING BY APPOINTMENT sign illuminated or lighting in the lobby to indicate the facility is open for those with an appointment. Once inside, the staff was also friendly and professional. So far the experience has been very positive. I hope my surgery goes just as well!

- Verified patient on 4/23

The staff sent a text to let me know the status of my test so I was able to go early! Great job UH! Very friendly and very professional!

North Olmsted Lab Tests

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. They can also be used to monitor the progression of a disease or a set of diseases.

If your doctor is unable to make a definitive diagnosis of your disease, or if you are having a variety of symptoms that could indicate a variety of disorders, he or she may request a lab test. To see how you're responding to a drug or to check if you're at risk for certain diseases, lab tests may be performed.

Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

Before your lab test, ask your doctor for precise instructions to follow to minimize erroneous results and multiple trips to the lab for additional testing. A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
