Allergy season had been wreaking havoc on my system for over a week and I couldn't take anymore when my chest began rattling from all the wheezing. The wait time was under 15 min. Bradley was so patient and attentive. I had a breathing treatment in the office and meds were called in immediately. Would definitely recommend.

I was not told that you use only Labcor until after the blood was drawn. I’m required to use only Quest.

AFC Urgent Care, Cinnaminson - 1210 US-130, Cinnaminson

The check in process was a little rough. The woman that checked me in was not the most pleasant person but I will chalk it up to Covid. When trying not to yell my info to her because of the masks she seemed to be annoyed that she could not hear me. I wish for the front desk staff they had better accommodations to check patients in. I know it can be very frustrating to have people just stand there and stare at you while you are trying to do work that needs to get done before you can help them out. I wish people in general had more patience when it comes to not knowing what goes on just because there is not a person in front of the employee. Todd the gentleman that took my vitals and administered the test was amazing. Haley the PA was also amazing. I would recommend Riverside Urgent Care and if I needed to I would go back to the facility.

I needed a Covid rapid test after catching a cold. I walked right in had very minimal wait time. The staff was very friendly and did my test. Then the primary care physician even came in to check on me and prescribed me cold medicine. The test was ready very fast.

I came in Sunday morn, and the girl in front of me was getting a rapid COVID test , she was asked to sign in on the pad which she did with her bare fingers, then she had to wait outside, when I went up the girl asked me to sign in on the pad , I said no because you didn’t sanitize the pad the girl Just signed in on , she looked at me and said “well we do it every hour” OK seriously that is not an answer, that pad should’ve been sanitized after everybody signed in,actually it probably shouldn’t even be used, it is probably better just to put the information in with the receptionist! I asked her to please sanitize it and she did not , she said I’ll just take your information here ,,,, so you have a girl coming in possibility with Covid, using her fingers to sign in on a pad, and you expect me to sign in after her ?? That is the reason I would not recommend this place, and that was an unacceptable answer, “We sanitize every hour “ !! your policy needs to be changed but other than that everything else was fine !

I was in for a rapid Covid test. Thankfully it was negative. Going back for a second as Dr said I am high risk. I hope I get the same result. Staff pleasant and professional.

This is my second time to do test, and I find it comfortable doing it here, 5 minutes waiting time is good enough, and the staff is accommodating and kind, the facility is clean and organized.

I came in to the facility at 2:21pm gave my name and was told to fill out the iPad and then wait in my car. As such, I went to my car and completed the paperwork online as indicated. This all wrapped up probably by 2:30pm. Then at 3:26pm the facility called to verify my name and why I was there I told her I was waiting for a PCR covid test and that I’m in a Hyundai palisade. She asked me a few more questions and then said she’d be right out. Called me again at 3.29p to ask what type of car I’m in. I explained that I’m in a Hyundai palisade. She said ok I’ll be right out. At 3.53pm I called and spoke to receptionist and said I’m waiting in the parking lot for a PCR Covid test and they said they’d be out shortly to administer the test but they haven’t come out yet and I was wondering if she is having trouble finding my car. The receptionist asked me to hold, came back and said that she just spoke to the girl and that she said I’m ok to go. And I said I am? Even though I haven’t received what it is I’m here to receive…a PCR COvid test. The receptionist said that the girl told her she already tested me and I assured her that no one has been out to my car. Eventually the girl came out and performed the procedure and told me that she thought the last person she did was me. So after spending 1 and 1/2 hours in your parking lot do to confusion, when I do get my results…I’m not 100% confident that the results are mine or those of someone else’s that she thought was me and possibly mislabeled and sent in. Very concerning. And when I arrived the waiting room had one person in there so backlog wasn’t the issue.

I called about a rapid COVID test because I was exposed to Covid and I am a cancer patient and needed bloodwork before my oral chemo treatment. They were understanding, professional and courteous! It took only a 1/2 hour and 15 minutes of that time was due to the diagnosis. I was extremely impressed. Please thank the staff for me!

I received a negative test for rapid on the less accurate test. Not sure why that was ever administered to someone with symptoms. Then they gave me the more accurate and I was positive. Terrible way of testing. I almost walked out positive thinking I was negative.

The staff there was fantastic. We brought in our 5 & 7 year olds for a rapid covid test after they had an exposure. They made it super quick and easy for us and our kids.

Went for COVID test. Registration was unable to give even the slightest idea of the time for our wait. Seems odd that after all this time you cannot give even a rough estimate of wait time. Once inside the Tech couldn’t have been sweeter, kinder or had a better “bedside” manner. The Doctor was caring and informative and even though our tests were negative he gave us advice on further testing, follow up and cautions to follow.

I was 10th in the app line however, considering we are in A pandemic and you wait in your car I don’t think it was that bad. I refreshed the app every 5 minutes and I would work myself down. The place was very clean, employees were very friendly, the doctor was cool. They gave me a rapid Covid test because I had a sore throat and ear ache but I was negative. I have an ear infection and a virus. They called my script into my pharmacy and handed me my paperwork. My primary was not in however, called me as I was pulling into Riverside Urgent Cares parking lot. I would definitely go to Riverside Urgent Care in Runnemede, NJ. Friendly, clean, and accurate with the what was wrong with me.

I went for a rapid Covid test. I was the first person in line at 8:00am, I checked in and was asked to wait in my car. I was in my car less then 5 minutes and was called to come in. The nurse who did my test was extremely friendly as well as the doctor who gave me my results. I will definitely be back when I need a doctor and mine is closed. Thank you for hiring such sweet people

Excellent service, my wife and I came in for a PCR test for travel, we got it back in a little over 24 hours from the time we took our test. Keep up the great work!

The nurse that came into room after we took the test was wonderful. I tested positive with a home test with cover and took a PCR test. She was so understanding and took lots of time answering all of our questions.

They were so helpful in making sure my daughter got the right Covid test for her international flight! They went the extra mile to look up and find the correct information. Thanks

There was only one doctor so the wait time went from one hour to a two hour wait. The window staff did not seem to be pleasant—almost condescending when I was being spoken to, but the attending nurse was friendly and the quality of care she demonstrated was excellent. She was gentle with taking samples for COVID-19 testing and had put me at ease. She returned precisely at the time of wait she mentioned with my results.

Went in for a rapid Covid test for work travel. Check in, paperwork and wait times were all great. Covid test was only a 15-20 minute wait time and that was that. All is well.

I had to have a rapid Covid test done. I looked for my appointment early in the a.m. and got what I needed. My assistant that did my procedure was AMAZING! He was very gentle and did not hurt near as much as everyone said it would. Don’t be scared!

First and foremost, we want to THANK SHANNON!!! Her pleasant demeanor, willingness to help, and knowledge of the process is EXCEPTIONAL! My family came in for COVID testing for travel and Shannon confidently responded to our questions before and during our visit. Truly friendly and comprehensive service with a smile! Honestly, I am not one to respond to surveys. However, I needed to respond to this one. Shannon’s excellent performance deserves my attention. It’s a small way to bless her as she blessed our family! Stay well and Have a Great Day!

When we showed up for our rapid covid tests, the staff told us they were running an hour behind. They sent us home and called us when they were ready for us. We walked in, went right back for our tests and had the results in 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.

I had a good experience, but I still have not received my lab test results. I had the lab test done Saturday, January 30 and I still have not received the results. I would really like to receive the lab test results. If someone could call me and give me the results of my lab test I would really appreciate it

Lab tests take samples of your blood, urine, saliva, and other bodily secretions, which are then analyzed in a lab to help doctors diagnose and treat certain illnesses. Lab tests can be used to diagnose an illness, detect changes in an existing condition, and monitor how your body responds to a therapy, among other things. Some lab tests require no preparation at all, while others may require you to fast for eight to twelve hours before the test in order to avoid erroneous results from certain meals and beverages. Your healthcare provider may advise you to cease smoking, exercising, and taking certain medications and nutritional supplements for many hours or days before your blood test.

A lab worker may use a needle to draw blood from your arm or prick your finger to collect a small sample of blood during a blood test. During a urine test, your physician will ask you to go to the restroom and urinate in a sterile cup, then set your sample on a shelf where a lab technician can pick it up and process it. The personnel at the lab testing facility will demonstrate how to do each type of test.
