The staff is wonderful - the Dr took his time to listen and was very helpful.

I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

The wait time and walk in was effortless. The front desk staff is very friendly. I know the rest of the staff that I saw today also did listen to all my health concerns and I know insurance only allows certain things. I know the staff has changed over the years but the visit still went well. I think we did cover a lot of the things and I may have forgotten a few things to bring up and I know the Urgent Care is usually the first stop and if things do not improve I know in the past to just message or call about conditions. A lot of the staff seems more knowelagable compared to many other places that I have been to.

I was able to schedule everything online when I showed up. I only had to wait five minutes.  Great experience.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Staff was friendly from the time I walked in until my visit was over. They listened & answered all questions I had & if they needed any extra information they did not mind you giving insight. I definitely would recommend going here for quick responses and almost better than going to the hospital even got my xray on sight

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here.
