Cut myself this morning headed over and got two stitches. The staff and the PA were so super nice! They made having to come here and get stitches. Much easier!

hey, very good no long wait was there for two minutes before seeing doctor Staff very nice doctor. The office is very clean.

Woke up with a cough, fever and general lethargy. Was able to get an appointment right away. I saw the staff within 10 minutes and after a thorough exam by Mathew Gorman PA I was on my way home with a diagnosis and meds within 30 minutes. I have been to many urgent cares for myself and my children and LI Urgent is the best.

The staff, from person at the check in, to the nurse practitioner, to the doctor we are kind and attentive. I never felt rushed or brushed off. I was attended to in a timely manner, and out as soon as possible. I observed them treating all the other people who were before and after me with the same respect, kindness, and swift attention. Thank you everyone.

Urgent Care on Ridgedale was very good able to get chest xray read by a radiologist and antibiotics proscribed . Dr on call could not have been nicer or more  thorough . Thank you .

It was the evening of July 3. I had experienced clogged sinuses along with gum and tooth pain previously but this time it was much worse than usual. This time I was also experiencing pain on swallowing.  Over a period of time (years) I was in a vicious cycle between my dentist, Endodontist, and ENT. No one could figure it out. The dentist and Endodontist felt that a back tooth might need extraction.  None of these were not respected practitioners.  So in going to Urgent Care at the Nathaniel Place location my expectations were modest.  But I felt awful.  The young woman that performed my intake was very professional and noted all my symptoms. Then PA Timothy While came in to examine me. He too was extremely professional. He LISTENED  carefully to all my symptoms - whole cloth - and noted as well the symptoms that I lacked, such as running a temperature.  My final helpful “add” to describing my symptoms to him was that “I just feel really crummy”.   PA White absolutely nailed the diagnosis.  He felt that it was sinus related and that a post nasal drip was causing inflammation and creating all this pain. He clearly EXPLAINED why he felt that this was the correct diagnosis. He prescribed a very short course of Prednisone plus a 14-day treatment with Fluticasone Proprionate.  Within one day of taking the Prednisone and using the spray I was on the mend.   I no longer felt anxious going into the holiday weekend.   Two dentists and an ENT couldn’t figure it out. Timothy White did.  I don’t often answer surveys and I am fairly critical in general. But, though belated, I felt it necessary to detail my experience and give a little more than “a shout out”.  In my humble opinion PA White would make a great D.O.  My best, Elena Schwartz

I always had good reviews and had great experience but this time the female receptionist was completely an off fr me she started to question me as if she's the doctor and that wasn't nice at all. Then she automatically didn't allow me to clock the second person in saying it's closing ti mm e, could've been a bit more on the nice side at least.
