Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Doctor blew off everything I said , wasted 250$ For visit to get 20$ mouth wash . Would not recommend… staff was amazing. Still have the same issue with no end in sight. The doctor just tries to get through as many people as possible it’s all about the money but the people again like the tech the nurse the front receptionist were amazing. The doctor couldn’t care less didn’t even look at the issue literally sat in his chair and talked the whole time for about four minutes I would not recommend going here if you really have an issue. ( Dr. Simranjit ) go anywhere else .

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person should get tested for hepatitis. This includes individuals who have shared needles or other drug-injection equipment, those who have had unprotected sex with an infected person, and healthcare workers who have been exposed to infected blood. Additionally, people born between 1945 and 1965, often referred to as baby boomers, are five times more likely to have hepatitis C, and the CDC recommends they get tested at least once.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it can lead to serious health problems if left untreated, including liver damage, cirrhosis, and liver cancer. Early detection allows for immediate treatment, reducing the risk of these complications. Furthermore, knowing your status can help prevent the spread of the disease to others.
