On vacation and needed to find a UC in the area with a good rating. After my visit today I now know why they have high ratings. The care they gave me was 5 stars.

Everybody that I encountered while at the urgent care were customer service friendly, really nice and professional. My wait time to be seen by the examining medical team was not long at all. My symptoms were diagnosed and a prescription was called into my pharmacy without any delay. I was in and out of the facility in no time. The facility was very clean, and I appreciated that.

Urgent care
Lab testing
I visited this urgent care after experiencing a fall, and I'm so glad I did. The provider and all the staff were incredibly helpful—patient, kind, and truly attentive to my concerns. After a painful night, I returned because the pain had intensified, particularly in the front of my foot, even though I had already received an X-ray for my ankle. The doctor was great; he explained everything clearly and offered to do another X-ray for my peace of mind, which I appreciated.         If you're looking for a place where you felt heard and understood, I cannot recommend this urgent care enough. The staff greeted me with smiles and were eager to assist throughout my visit. I was in and out quickly, and the level of care exceeded my expectations. This is the only urgent care I would choose to return to, and I prefer it over my own primary provider.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

In Virginia Beach, VA, like the rest of the country, certain groups are more at risk for hepatitis and should consider getting tested. Additionally, anyone experiencing symptoms of hepatitis, such as jaundice, fatigue, and abdominal pain, should get tested.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial to prevent the spread of the disease and to start treatment as early as possible.
