Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

They the. helped the schedule a good time for me to bring my daughter in. Short wait time, clean office, and staff was super friendly. Physicians assistant was excellent and I would definitely go back here when I need a pediatric urgent center.

My son needed to be seen for a fever. Everything went well except for the POS charge of $125. We are ensured and provided all necessary information. We recently changed insurances, but it’s still within the same company! They see many patients with Tricare so I’m unsure why the “confusion”. The receptionist didn’t bother to verify the copayment or insurance with the LS. I have been going here for 3 years and will likely not return after this incident.
