Staff was very friendly! The time-management of the office is poor. I had a 2ish appointment that was booked at 11 in the morning. Got there at 1:44, wasnโ€™t taken to a back room until 2:40, and finally seen by a PA/doc at 3:20. ย I get it can be busy, but then whatโ€™s the point of scheduling ahead of time if it still takes another hour and a half to be seen? ย Better off to be walk-inโ€™s.

When checking in at the Texas MedClinic waiting time was lengthy, but once we were called to the back. The Medical Assistant was absolutely very Thorough has a excellent personality I would like if Esther skills were passed on to the intire team. The Doctor also was very thorough and explaining over the treatment and follow up. I diffently would recommend this facility. Just make sure and register online before arriving so it can cut down on the waiting time.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

The wait takes a little while but honestly thatโ€™s to be expected when youโ€™re at any hospital or clinic. Everyone is very kind and accommodating. Always a very clean clinic. Only thing I would recommend is to turn the tv down in the lobby. When youโ€™re ill and or having a headache all day the last thing you want to hear is the tv blaring. Thanks bunches ladies

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids of an infected person, has shared needles, or has had unprotected sex should consider getting tested for hepatitis. This includes healthcare workers, those with multiple sexual partners, and individuals with a history of drug use. According to the CDC, people born between 1945 and 1965, often referred to as baby boomers, are also at a higher risk and should get tested since they may have been infected as children or young adults before the hepatitis vaccine was widely available.

Importance of getting tested

Hepatitis, if left untreated, can lead to serious health problems, including cirrhosis, liver cancer, and even death. Early detection through testing allows for prompt treatment which can slow disease progression, prevent health complications, and stop the spread to others. Furthermore, knowing your hepatitis status can guide decisions about lifestyle changes and precautions to protect your liver.
