I truly appreciate In N Out Urgent Care in Covington, La. There was no waiting since I was the first patient of the day. We've been there several times before and always fine the receptionists to be friendly, the offices are clean, and you are made to feel welcomed. The nurse practitioner is always attentive and listens to your ailments and has always prescribed a remedy to resolve your problem. I highly recommend this urgent care office.

Don’t understand the need to continually repeat and input the same information multiple times.  You asked me for the info when I scheduled the visit. Then you asked the same information when I confirmed my visit. Then your staff asked the same information all over again at the front desk.  Not sure who wrote your code for this process but you should probably have them relook at it bc it’s terrible.

About Hepatitis test

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

According to the CDC, anyone who has been exposed to blood or body fluids from an infected person should get tested for hepatitis. This includes people who have shared needles or other drug-injection equipment, people who have had unprotected sex with an infected person, and people who have lived with an infected person. Additionally, healthcare workers and others who may come into contact with blood or body fluids in their work should also be tested. It's also recommended for those who have traveled to or lived in areas with high rates of hepatitis, such as Bogalusa, LA.

Importance of getting tested

Getting tested for hepatitis is crucial as it's often asymptomatic in its early stages, meaning people can have the virus and not know it. Early detection allows for prompt treatment, which can prevent serious health complications such as liver disease and liver cancer. Moreover, knowing your hepatitis status can help prevent the spread of the virus to others.
