Scheduling was easy. Check in I thought I did over my cell but still waited for a very sour looking receptionist to call me. The staff otherwise was friendly but I waited almost 1 1/2 to be called back. My visit with dr was 5 minutes. There’s no pointed in scheduling an appointment if the times aren’t followed. I understand being busy but that wait was ridiculous!

Excellent service The tech taking vitals and then the APRN Laura Jennings, who did exam, were both great. APRN Jennings was very knowledgeable, answered all questions and provided thorough and full answers. At no time did I feel rushed. I would definitely go to this facility and request APRN Laura Jennings as my provider again.

I was a walk-in and did not schedule the appointment. I guess I expected to wait a little bit, which was fine but the staff was very good and attentive. Definitely I would recommend going there!

I was able to get an appointment same day, within 45 minutes but it really didn’t help because I waited almost an hour and a half to be seen. I’m also not sure I agree with some of the diagnoses. If I’m not feeling slightly better by tomorrow I’ll be going to a different place.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

Who should get tested for hepatitis?

Hepatitis, a viral infection that inflames the liver, is a significant health concern that can lead to serious complications if left untreated. According to the CDC, anyone who is at risk of exposure should get tested for hepatitis. Additionally, people with chronic liver disease and anyone born to a mother with hepatitis should also be tested.
