Melanie went out of her way to accommodate my husband and me when we came in to get Covid tests. Due to our unforeseen scheduling error, we didn't have an appointment at that time, but she said we could wait in case she could fit us in between patients, even though they were fully booked. She was able to complete our tests quickly and courteously. We were extremely pleased with the care we received. Thanks, Melanie!

I was from out of town and was able to get a same day appointment without issue. I only waited about 5 minutes after arriving and all the staff, nurse and doctor were kind and very helpful. My prescriptions were send to the correct location and ready for pick up in an hour. Overall excellent experience. Would definitely recommend.

The online scheduling was easy with the time slot availability shown. The hour is great, open later than others in the area, avoided going to ER. I arrived & check-in was smooth & no wait. Aria looked over my wound & stitch up the cut, & the support staff was friendly & professional. I barely felt it during the process, & she periodically reminded me if too painful, she can numb more. Great facility!

My husband & I tested positive for COVID this AM. We both were able to very conveniently make online appointments for medical evaluations within 30 minutes of our requests. The UC Village-Albany Urgent Care clinic is modern and attractive with highly efficient, very welcoming, friendly, professional & personable administrative and medical staffs. All of the medical personnel have very kind and empathetic bedside manners and listened very well to (and heard!) and were responsive to our medical concerns and questions. We both were in and out of our appointments within 30 minutes. We are very appreciative and truly grateful to have your clinic so conveniently located near our home. Please keep up the great work!

Wait time was unexpectedly long! ย I was there for one hour and 15 mins for an EKG the order was sent the day before so that was not the problem. Was called 15 mins after my scheduled appt and there was only one other person in the waiting room when I was called. Also when I arrived there was one person ahead of me.ย  Provider was very good and staff friendly. The assistant who who performed the EKG was great knowledge about the procedure. After the procedure I had a wait again another 15 mins.

Juan, the medical assistant was good and receptive. The PA who saw me was also good but I just didn't agree with her recommendations. She was gracious to accept my opinion and she maintained her professionalism despite my disagreement. She did tell me that she was putting me on dexamethasone but forgot to explain the dosage; and also antibiotic but I already know what to do with the antibiotic. I thought the prednisone was a little high--40 mg everyday for seven days. It may be a good dose but for me, it gives me quiver and crave for food that's the reason why I was hesitant to take it. She did offer me to be nebulizer but I said I'll do it at home.

Greeted immwdiatly when I walked thru the door and proceeded to the exam room within five minutes. The staff introduced themselves to me as soon as we met walking in the door. Katie, the physicians assistant, awesome PA!! Very knowledgeable, had great โ€œ bedside manner.โ€ Ask more questions about my medical history and then dealled into what she felt we needed to get into today. Truly felt comfortable with everything that happened from the time I walked through the door to the time I walked out the door. Highly highly recommend this office and staff. Thanks for a wonderful visit! Bobbie. Cantu

This place is a hidden gem! I always try and avoid urgent care places as itโ€™s usually a long wait, lots of people, not the cleanest and just difficult. But here, once I arrived the check in was seamless, the staff was friendly, the office very clean. And to top it off my doctor spent so much time with me ane was kind and listened. Highly recommend!

I am from out of state visiting in the area. I chose this facility from reading the reviews and roughly knew the area of the location. I made an online appointment. From the moment I walked into the facility, being seen and treated, I have nothing but praise and respect for the staff as well as the care I received. Iโ€™m this day and age and just visiting with having an unfortunate reason to be seen/treated I was completely satisfied. A little more pricey than I expected but what can I say? Thank you just the same for your professionalism.

After visiting Carbon about 10 days ago for an ear canal that was clogged with wax, my symptoms returned (ear pain, moist discharge from the ear canal.) So, unable to get an appointment with my PCP, I scheduled an appointment at Carbon. This time a different doctor saw me. As soon as she entered the room and asked me what was going on and learned that I had been using carbon oxide drops to try and re-clear my ear, she berated me and told me that I should not do that. She berated me over and over, like I was a stupid person, which put me off guard and had the effect of shutting me up. Then she looked in my ears and pronounced me to be healthyโ€ฆ nothing wrong. It felt like she wanted to be done with me. I told her that I had pain in my ear (to which she interrupted โ€œtake Advilโ€) and that every morning I woke up with a moist and slightly not nice smelling moist discharge coming from my ear. I asked if this is something that could be solved with antibiotics or steroids. She said she could give me prednisone โ€œif I wantedโ€ as if I would be the one to make the prescribing decision. Then I told her about the discharge and she said that she could give me some antibiotic drops, and that I should take Guifenesen. The doctor made very little effort to understand my issue and symptoms, and she had a pretty awful bedside manner. I would not want to see this doctor again. I left having zero sense of resolution, and zero confidence in the treatment plan she gave me. I guess I will try to see my PCP or go to an ENT. This was an awful waste of time and money. She prescribed antibiotic ear drops, and did not prescribe the prednisone.
