The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

Check in was great. Staff was wonderful. Misdiagnosed…Ended up in emergency room having emergency surgery the next night. Also would not take my insurance.

I walked into Indigo thinking I would have to wait without an appt. Well to my surprise, I got right in there. I mean I barely sat down and the called me back. I haven't had to wait to be seen, as many times that I have been there you would think I would have at least one disappointment... Nope, and today they had only one provider. I have been lucky when visiting Indigo urgent/multi care. The providers have always been caring and all other employees have been so pleasent. I recommend all that need medical attention to give them a try and I bet you come out of there with the same attitude as mine! Thank you Indigo employees for being so awesome! I will return!!

Very easy to schedule appt for a same day. Was surprised by the fact that they are paperless and in order to view anything you have to download their app. It’s been 2 days and still no results, as for the medication you have to go on the appt and send it your self to the pharmacy otherwise you will not get it. Overall it was a good visit but it could have improved on some things for sure.

The staff are very friendly from the front to the PA specially to Gavin the medical assistant. I’m very happy with his service. He explain everything lots of patient answering all the question. I am so proud of him very professional. I wish all the medical assistant are like him. Thank you very much to have an employee like him. Really appreciate for him  being professional.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

I was able to choose a Quest lab location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
