My son needed to be seen for a fever. Everything went well except for the POS charge of $125. We are ensured and provided all necessary information. We recently changed insurances, but it’s still within the same company! They see many patients with Tricare so I’m unsure why the “confusion”. The receptionist didn’t bother to verify the copayment or insurance with the LS. I have been going here for 3 years and will likely not return after this incident.

These folks got it all down!! Will never make the mistake and go to a different urgent care closer to me. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly .
