          I usually have a real positive experience at your facility. But this time it was not as much so. I still left with pain and nothing really to help.           Was able to get same day appointment. The Dr/NP (don’t know credentials) was very prompt once we got in the room and was quick in her diagnosis. Only issue I had was she didn’t call in the prescription that day, or at least in time for me to pick it up. Also very hard to get ahold of the clinic itself, had to keep pushing “put me in queue “ over n over. Hoping their app will solve that problem.

          Easy to schedule, staff was friendly and the dr was awesome. Took her time to explain and address all issues and made the diagnosis age appropriate for my daughter to understand.
