My nurse was very friendly but also thorough and professional at same time.The Dr put me at ease as I was a lil nervous and embarrassed at same time.I would rather go there than regular Dr office.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

I didn't schedule. I walked in. Check in was easy, but would have rather check in on my phone. Staff was friendly and quick. Dr was nice. I had to leave urine sample. I wish there was a waste can in bathroom.

The staff from the front desk to the the nurse and the doctors were friendly, understanding and professional. I was very impressed with their hospitality. The wait time was to a minimum which is always very important when you're not feeling well.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to check their health status. The process was incredibly easy and done through certified labs. The results are frequently back by the next day.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
