As a former public school teacher who caught every illness the students brought my way, this was a good alternative when my own family doctor was unavailable and closer to my home.

Typically I have a great experience at this location and the staff are exceptional just as they were tonight EXCEPT for the nurse practitioner, Vanetta Scandrick, APRN. Her bedside manners are simply horrible! She was very condescending and rude. I understood her reasoning behind the need to wait until my results come back before prescribing medication but her questioning me and delivery behind why she wasn’t going to prescribe me any medication were unacceptable. She needs to learn that it’s not what you say, it’s how you say it. I knew the minute she walked in and introduced herself that she had poor bedside manners. I tried to endure her rudeness and stay calm but ultimately got up and left. No one deserves to be treated in the manner that she treated me tonight. She was rude, rude, rude and in my opinion, in the wrong profession. On the other hand, the receptionist and Peggy were exceptional and kind. Vanetta, not at all!!!!

I visited the Clinic and was very satisfied with the care I received from Tara, the Nurse Practitioner. I found her to be very professional and thorough and also very caring as she took time to listen. Very helpful. I highly recommend this Clinic for the care, cost and convenience.
