Super easy to schedule an appt - friendly staff got me in and out

I’ve been coming to the same urgent care for years and they’re always a great help however, I was told that my information is not in the system so I had to fill out paperwork like I was brand new. I just hope that you guys didn’t get hacked.

Sorry to say my Rx was not called into my pharmacy and the North Haven phone number on the invoice and on line is not a working number???? How do I get the Rx that I need???

Everyone is friendly and helpful, from the receptionist to the nurses to the provider. Attentive doctors that listen to concerns and provide detailed and helpful information. They take both physical and mental health into consideration.

Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
