The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner

From the front office staff, the nurse, and the Nurse Practitioner, I have the utmost respect, and am grateful for you. Dr. Laddis is the man. We also see him for urgi care matters regarding my daughter and she absolutely adores him. In my opinion, kids have the best gage for good people and Dr Laddis is definitely one of them. We love the entire staff and ALWAYS appreciate you guys ❤️

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.

A great experience for something I had a lot of anxiety about. Had no wait time or issues at the testing center/lab. Had blood drawn at 3pm and had results by email at 9am the next morning.
