          Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

          I didn't schedule. I walked in. Check in was easy, but would have rather check in on my phone. Staff was friendly and quick. Dr was nice. I had to leave urine sample. I wish there was a waste can in bathroom.

          Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent!           I went first appointment in the am for preop testingĀ  I was called in and quickly given all testsĀ  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called
