This was my first time going to this urgent care clinic. The ease of scheduling & the friendliness of everyone there will definitely have me going back there for future visits when necessary.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I definitely will go back the next time for either me or a family or friends.  Ty so much Nicole

The staff was very pleasant. The care was excellent.

I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Asthma, coughing and sneezing. Staff was great love the service. Everything was great.

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

The staff was very friendly, there was no wait and the doctor was so thorough! They were able to diagnose my daughter before the pediatrician could. Would absolutely recommend urgent care of Somerset.

Every staff member is so nice and it’s always a quick and easy visit when i’m there

Everything was smooth and quick and the staff was friendly

I arrived without an appointment. Was seen within 15 minutes. I was evaluated, diagnosed and prescribed medicine within maybe another 15 minutes, and was on my way home quickly. The office, the entire staff and level of care is excellent. I come here whenever necessary.

They are very nice professional and kind  The doctor was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Back staff medical asst and doctor were so nice. Front desk seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Spoke to me like they were half asleep.

I walked in and the receptionist was very helpful she helped me with everything with my work comp ins claim. All the staff was very friendly and helpful and professional.  I would recommend Alexa she was great had a great bedside manner
