          The PA was kind and non alarming!  I didn’t feel that way with the previous visit 2 days before! She explained things carefully, so I understood what I was dealing with and prescribed the correct medication! The previous PA told me I would get a call with the results of my urine  test, but I never got that call and my antibiotics needed to be changed. I developed a fever and came in again! Not sure why I never got that call???

          So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

          My worse nightmare of needing an urgent care visit on a Saturday at 6pm. Surprisingly I found Carbon Health Urgent Care with several appointments available. The checkin as a first visit was so easy and I was seen IMMEDIATELY. The physician was attentive, thorough and so friendly.           Thought I had unusually low blood pressure. I was getting a prescription from CVS next door and stopped in for a quick diagnosis. I was taken in and, the doctor examined me and was thorough enough to order a EKG. Staff was friendly and helpful and the doctor was polite and understanding.
