He confirmed my suspicions and started treatment immediately (which was important since I was leaving town the next day). I have used Medcenter North frequently in the past and have always found the doctors and staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

I had been sick since Friday 11/29. Early 11/30, I awoke & logged into the site to make an appt. Dr. Merkle & AJ were patient, took the time to explain things to me, and it was just an overall nice experience; chair side manner for both was a grand slam!!

My experience was decent except Yolonda at the desk for check in. She was rude, snappy, and unprofessional. I complained about her time with me and she told me to just pay and move on. I continued to say she was being unnecessarily unkind and she said she didn’t have to be kind and that her being snappy was not a problem because I didn’t know what she might be going through. She infuriated me and when I asked for upper management she told me to Google the number and would not provide it. I plan to escalate the matter.
