          Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

          This was my first time visiting this clinic and my experience was immeasurable. The level of care I received from the physician (Natalie Mcelhany) was amazing.           Needed surgical clearance for cosmetic surgery- they got me in and out in under an hour as a walk in with no appointment! I am very happy and their pricing was pretty fair compared to other places I called in the area! I will continue to come to this location for any future last minute medical needs.           The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.
