I was very happy when Ashley walked into the exam room! I've seen her during past visits. She is attentive, listens, asks me questions and her concern is genuine and appreciated.

The doctor was very good.   The nurse was good but a little bit too newsy in my opinion.

Scheduled online before driving there.  I was taken in as soon as I arrived and the provider saw me in minutes.  15 minutes visit.

Went to urgent care, because I had a sore in my nose which was red and swollen and very painful. I went to urgent care, the staff was great, I didn’t have to wait long, the Dr came in she stood at the door way, glanced at my nose, didn’t even look inside and said u have a infection, she spent 30 seconds with me and stood in the doorway, wrote a prescription and left. I will never go back to that center or recommend anyone. I worked at Sloane Kettering for forty two years, I am totally aware how a dr should present herself, she didn’t introduce herself or entered the room and closed the door. No way to present your self to a patient.

The experience was okay except i paid out of pocket $250 for the visit and the out of pocket for the wrong meds, just to still have a huge issue due to being misdiagnosed. terrible

I recently moved to Wappingers and have been sick twice. Both of my visits to the HealthQuest Urgent Care were excellent. The receptionist was friendly and the exam was prompt and thorough. The care was much better than other urgent cares I have visited. Thank you!

Woke up not feeling well. Easily scheduled an appointment. Staff was very nice and attentive and Dr Michelle was great

Front desk staff was rude and dismissive, especially the middle aged woman with shoulder length blondish, gray hair. Not just to me but another patient waiting as well. Basically wouldn't help with insurance, by making the call for precertification to confirm emergency. I paid for the visit, but she still classified it as an "office visit" when I was in with a 5 year old presenting with blood in her urine. She is a disservice to your facility. Wanted to do as little as possible. The doctor was great!!

Love the availability of this urgent care, your staff is always friendly and to the point, asks thorough questions, answers any questions I might have. My favorite urgent care in the area :-)

Was able to book a time slot on a Sunday. Not every place is open on a Sunday, but this place was! Quick and efficient service. Place is very clean. Only downfall is that there is a restroom in the waiting area for employees only. Would be nice to have it available for us patients!

The nurses that greeted me were wonderful. They did their jobs and were very nice and helpful. I was seen by the Dr via video. I felt I was treated nicely and got my issues heard. She was attentive and helped me out with medication
