Exceptional Medical Care by Armando and the American Family Care Urgent Care Team I am writing this review with great pleasure to express my heartfelt appreciation to the team at American Family Care Urgent Care, and especially to Armando, for the outstanding medical care they provided to my mother during her visit to the urgent care unit. Armando demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism and empathy throughout the process. His skill in using the EKG machine and drawing blood was notable, performing both procedures with such precision and care that my mother felt entirely at ease and secure throughout the process. His ability to communicate clearly and explain each step of the procedure, his patience, and his dedication to my mother's comfort were truly impressive. In addition, I'd like to highlight the overall care we received at the urgent care unit. The team was efficient, compassionate, and highly professional. We felt supported and cared for throughout our stay, which is testament to the culture of excellence they have cultivated at the clinic. I wish to thank Armando and the entire team at American Family Care Urgent Care for their commitment to high-quality healthcare and for their dedication to patients' comfort and wellbeing. This was my first time at this facility. Sidney is such a pleasant person and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely go back if I need urgent care.

I wasn't sure I'd be able to be seen on a Sunday morning, but I walked right in with almost no wait. Check in was easy and friendly. Very clean restroom and free coffee. I was seem promptly and with what seemed like genuine concern for my health. Easy and convenient. Thank you!

It was fast and Monique was friendly and gentle with our sleeping baby. If I need further testing I'd go back to the highlands afc urgent clinic

I fell and hurt my back and went to your facility. They took xrays to see if anything was fractured or broken. No injuries except bruising. Every staff member was nice, calm and patient. I wished this was my PCP. It was a pleasant visit. I would recommend it to anyone.

Scheduling was easy peasy, and over the past week I had to cancel five times due to no ride and they still took me today. The check-in I did online but when I got there they took me right in. The staff is amazing good people skills bedside manner as well as they're so sweet. And my level of care was a 10!

I love this urgent care. It is 5 minutes from home, exceptional and friendly staff and the wait times aren’t bad at all. The facility is clean and well managed. Check-in is a breeze (even better now with the app). I highly recommend this urgent care in Aurora, CO.

I come here anytime I have urgent care needs. Always 10/10 .. however, today Maddie front desk wasn't welcoming and she just wasn't pleasant and I am definitely not used to that. The rest of my visit was a 10. Nursing staff and NP were great.

Walked-in for an infection in my index finger and was helped right away.  And got into the doctor in about 10 mins.   Very happy with the staff and doctor!   I would highly recommend this provider and I will absolutely go there again!
