          This was one of the very best medical appointments I have had in a long time.  The front staff were so very nice and it was great being seen by a doctor who actually took the time to listen ti what was wrong and diagnosed my symptoms.  I will go back and have referred my daughter to this clinic as well

          It was very essy yo schedule snd get a time that was good for me.  I checked in with ease and speed, and all the staff was really friendly and curteous. The dr took care of sll my voncerns , was hapoy to explain and answer all my questions.  She gently cleaned up the infected splinter without hurting or cutting more than needed. I would tevommend any time.

          Great first experience. The only issue I have is that no one there answers the phone. We got a prescription sent to a pharmacy (our standard one) and the pharmacy didn’t have it in stock. Because carbon health does not answer the phone, where I could have had them submit the scrip to a new pharmacy, I needed to be the middle person on a wild goose chase between the pharmacy that didn’t have the medication and one that did. This is a very stressful position to be in as a parent with a very sick kid who desperately needs medicine. Other than that one component, I was happy with the experience. I reflected my disappointment under “staff friendliness”, as I wasn’t sure where else to put it. Staff wasn’t unfriendly, they just didn’t answer the phone.

          Easy to make an appointment and seen as scheduled.  What one expects when seeking medical care. I rescind my original comments.  I called the office and left a message to question if I needed a refill on prescription or come in.  No response!  Follow up care is poor.
