I went to the facility for a cold and had to wait over 4 hours so to the amount of people being COVID tested . You should have this section off in 2 different categories at check in . People who are coming in sick should not have to wait hours to be seen. I understand the situation but some sort of separation should take place . Thanks you

Staff was great. They were very busy and the sign in situation could have been more clear. The wait was outrageous, 3 hours for a Rapid Covid test. Not sure why it took that long to get thru 18 patients. I would recommend it because the staff was friendly despite being very busy and being possibly exposed to people who test positive for the virus. I recommend it because it’s one of the few places accepting walk ins. But the wait time needs to be improved.

I went for a rapid Covid test was told probably an hour wait and instead I was there for 3 hours! The test was performed and told would be at least 15-20 before a doctor wound inform me of tge results and evaluate me - it was 50 mins! It would have been nice if they inform you while there so you are aware.

I highly recommend this place to go when not feeling well or Covid testing needs to be done. The staff of doctors, nurses and even the receptionist are so kind and polite. The first time I came I had recently lost my daughter and her husband to Covid, so I came to get Covid tested and also because I was feeling terrible with a sinus infection and unexplained dizziness. Their compassion was overwhelming. I was diagnosed with a sinus infection and vertigo, the doctor took her time to examine me and also explained how stress could add to the vertigo. Would I recommend this facility, I sure would ! The wait time was less than 15 minutes, I did not feel rushed at all and all attention was on me. So yes yes yes, if you can’t be seen by your primary care doctor, this is the place to go.

Went for COVID test. Registration was unable to give even the slightest idea of the time for our wait. Seems odd that after all this time you cannot give even a rough estimate of wait time. Once inside the Tech couldn’t have been sweeter, kinder or had a better “bedside” manner. The Doctor was caring and informative and even though our tests were negative he gave us advice on further testing, follow up and cautions to follow.

I'm from out of town and decided to do a faceplant on my morning run - Thanksgiving, of all days! I needed sutures for a chin laceration, so I went over to Riverside, expecting a long wait. Check in was very efficient, and I only had a short wait in the waiting room. The provider was very efficient, knowledgeable and soothing - my daughter, who is a nurse practitioner, was with me, and was very impressed with his demeanor and expertise. As a health care professional myself, I was pleased with the level of cleanliness and infection control measures. I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care facility.

I went twice for a PCR test and a rapid Covid test to have before I went back to school when there was a Covid outbreak and before Thanksgiving day to keep my family safe since I only have one vaccination so far. I walked in both times and the wait time was 15 minutes to an hour which was amazing as a walk-in. Both times they came out with the rapid test within 15 to 20 minutes and my PCR test came back in less than 48 hours. All the staff is extremely friendly and answer to my questions as professional and well as possible. I highly recommend this place compared to other ones that my friends and family have told me about! Thank you to all the staff and the corporation running the place as well as possible!

Optum Urgent Care is the urgent care service line of Optum, the care delivery and health services subsidiary of UnitedHealth Group, headquartered in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. Optum was formally organized in 2011 by consolidating UnitedHealth Group existing pharmacy, analytics, and care delivery operations under a single brand. The urgent care footprint was built largely through the 2015 acquisition of MedExpress Urgent Care, a Morgantown, West Virginia-based company that UnitedHealth purchased for approximately 1.5 billion dollars from General Atlantic. However, by 2023 and 2024, UnitedHealth Group significantly contracted the urgent care footprint, closing clinics and divesting properties to regional health systems, with executives indicating a strategic shift toward extended-hours primary care rather than standalone urgent care.
