We go go here often enough. Everyone is friendly and professional. Staff has been great all around. Care and treatments, no issues. Wait times vary, sometimes quick even with many people, other times slow even when no one is there or has left, it still takes a long while before being called.

About Northwestern Medicine

Northwestern Medicine is an integrated academic health system headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, affiliated with Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The system traces its origins to the 1865 founding of Passavant Memorial Hospital and the 1888 founding of Wesley Memorial Hospital, which merged in 1972 to create Northwestern Memorial Hospital. The modern Northwestern Medicine system took shape in 2009-2010 through an affiliation between Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Lake Forest Hospital, with subsequent additions including Cadence Health in 2014 and Centegra Health System in 2018. Its urgent care presence is delivered under the Northwestern Medicine Immediate Care brand, with sites concentrated across Chicago neighborhoods and suburban communities, staffed by board-certified physicians treating adults and pediatric patients aged six months and older.
