My son was able to be seen right away. Staff was very helpful and caring, doctor was very nice and kind.

The staff here is always great! My son is always injurying himself and the staff always puts me at ease! We have been seen at this location multiple times with different providers and they have all been amazing! Although there were a lot of people waiting, we were in and out fairly quickly. The doctor/PA was super kid-friendly. The bathroom was not very clean but it was the end of day so I didn't complain

She demonstrated an extraordinary ability to balance care, efficiency, and effectiveness while helping this grandmother navigate concerns involving potential cost, technology, and the delicate responsibility of communicating with my grandson’s parents. I had come from an ophthalmology appointment earlier that day where my eyes had been dilated, leaving me unable to read the small print on my screen. Tamara immediately adapted. She helped me navigate the technology and get screenshots transferred into the system so the information could get where it needed to go. But Tamara didn’t simply answer questions or provide technical assistance. She listened, problem-solved, and even negotiated to help find a workable solution. She understood that this wasn’t simply about an appointment or a bill. It was about helping a grandmother care for her grandson while respecting his parents, considering the potential cost, and making sure everyone had the information needed to make a good decision. Tamara combined compassion with competence and turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a manageable one. Her ability to provide care with efficiency and effectiveness—while never losing the human element—was exceptional. Little Spurs is very fortunate to have Tamara.

I was impressed with our entire experience. Receptionist was very helpful. The person who saw us initially may have been having a bad day. Pamela, NP, was excellent, very experienced and professional. If we need assistance again, we’ll be back. Thanks for taking such good care of our little one.

My grandkids have been sick for a few days the 11 year old was vomiting and the staff was very kind and helpful, Dr Villarreal was excellent with my grandchildren his bedside manner was perfect all in all I would definitely recommend Little Spurs Austin Highway !

We waited over an hour even past the my sons appointment time, people who got there well after us and extremely late for there own appointment were taken back first as well as walk ins.

Olivia, Kay, & NP Gomez were so nice and professional. My daughter was there for a physical and she felt comfortable the moment she walked in. Highly recommend Little Spurs!

Little spurs has been a great place to take our children for urgent care services sprained our hospital is in the other side of town. The staff is helpful and attentive and informative and I appreciate the time they take to take a look at our little ones. Thank you so much

My child had a sore throat so I searched for an urgent care for kids winfe the one I used to go to closed it's office. The doctor was nice and attentive it was just the front desk I had a problem with. I always get a print out when I leave an urgent care, but that day they wouldn't give me one and advised me to come in tomorrow to get it or request it online, like what the heck!. It was just a print out which. This was the close urgent care that accepts my insurance. Other than that the doctor was friendly with my kid and super nice.

Easy to schedule and check in. Staff was nice. They help us right away. It tooks us only 50 minutes in total for the visit.

Son experienced a dog bite and was seen after payment was received. The experience was great until they didn’t have all necessary supplies to provide two stitches. There hook was too small causing my son to experience pain from trying to attempt the stitch on multiple tries. The stitches have now busted less than 24 hours later. I do not want my son to go through that again. Will need to take him to another provider to replace the stitches.

The nurse practitioner was amazing! She was calm, helpful, and thorough in her care of my son who had stepped on a nail.

I was really worried about my babies eye this past week and I looked up some places to go to see about getting the right help for him. And found this place and booking the appointment online was fast and easy having everything done before we came in was great and coming into the establishment was great as well. To check in did take long and having to wait didn’t take long at all either. And the employees are all really nice and kind they have the best customer service that have ever experienced at a doctor’s office. And the doctor was great she answered all my questions and concern that had and I left there feeling a lot better then when I came in.
