I have had to come to the Pediatric ER 2 times since my son was born. Both have been such positive visits and experiences with not only the doctor but also the whole staff. So friendly and sweet to kids which is not always the case with Pediatric providers. Dr. A was so sweet and extremely helpful with the next steps to care for my toddler.

What a great urgent care facility! The shopping center it’s in can be a bit rough, but you can’t tell that in the inside. I appreciated their emphasis not to overprescribe antibiotics! Went in as a walk in after being referred from another urgent care who don’t specialize in pediatrics. Got there about 9:15am and out by 10:20am. Very friendly staff and very helpful front staff. The doctor that day was very sweet and I like that she was very thorough about symptoms and gave specific instructions on how to clear them up quickly.

Tried to set up a virtual appointment to avoid having to go into the office. Staff was kind enough to reach out to let me know that it was an appointment that required us to come in. They the. helped the schedule a good time for me to bring my daughter in. Short wait time, clean office, and staff was super friendly. Physicians assistant was excellent and I would definitely go back here when I need a pediatric urgent center.

The process to check in online was very easy, this location has always given the best service when it comes to caring for my children. This last visit was near closing but the staff took the necessary time to monitor my children from start to finish and were dedicated to ensuring my children would go home feeling better than how she went in. Jeanette and her team took great care of us and I left very pleased with the results and explanation of protocol needed to care for my children in the next coming days.

My son needed to be seen for a fever. Everything went well except for the POS charge of $125. We are ensured and provided all necessary information. We recently changed insurances, but it’s still within the same company! They see many patients with Tricare so I’m unsure why the “confusion”. The receptionist didn’t bother to verify the copayment or insurance with the LS. I have been going here for 3 years and will likely not return after this incident.

Everything went well on the visit but I had to leave early prior to getting test results. I was advised I would be called with the results but that never happened. I tried calling back multiple times that day and no answer. Even left a voicemail and I didn't get a call back. Was only left to assume my child was fine and all test passed since no follow up was made
