COVID testing & Rapid testing near me in Union Hill-Novelty Hill, WA

This is for 6/22/25. Was not seen by a Dr. was there to drop off a urine test. Looked at MyChart tonight and they have a negative result for COVID and strep on my granddaughter, Sage Thomas’ profile. Only problem, Sage never went to the clinic that day. Those are someone else’s results. At least we weren’t billed for them too. Please remove these from her profile! Every time I’ve been to the Ruston Urgent Care (and the one in Bridgeport) I’m left feeling good because everyone is so kind, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend either of those locations. Great job!

Needed a refill of a daily inhaler & RX Ibuprofen; got in immediately & was warmly greeted by everyone.. My Dachshund Delilah is also welcomed by Staff including Admin. Highly recommend for anyone needing Care.

check in is always nice and quick and immediate which is what we appreciate the most. The nurse that greeted us and got us started was very friendly and welcoming.  The provider named Miguel is not very personable and asked us what’s our goal to be there.. that question threw us off a little. He treated us like a business and it was just here ok here is your prescription have a good day.  I’ve seen him in the past and felt uncomfortable that I didn’t move forward with any suggestions he provided in the past. Appreciate that he gave me and my son prescriptions but he didn’t really explain to me what was going on with me but did with my son. Wished he didn’t treat us like a transaction he tried to complete.  No, I do not recommend this provider.

I went in for COVID testing at a community testing site. It was pretty easy to book online and to check in. There was no wait time and the staff was very friendly. I had a good experience!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

Excellent customer service. Knowledgeably answered all questions. Appointment and billing were fast. Testing next day was on time and professional. Results available within 24 hours. Highly recommend.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.
