I was told on Tuesday to come back today for wound care and this time I saw Dr. Sharma. He was wonderful. Very kind and gentle and shared lots of information about my problem. I can't say enough for the Kenmore Urgent Care department and the people that work there. If you can't get it to see your regular doctor when you need to, don't hesitate to us this option.

I went in for COVID testing at a community testing site. It was pretty easy to book online and to check in. There was no wait time and the staff was very friendly. I had a good experience!

I’ve never utilized an urgent care before and this was a great experience. The staff couldn’t be nicer. Plus they’d update regularly as to when the doctor would see me.

Elizabeth Dean treated me with understanding; she was personable and provided excellent care. She evaluated the situation quickly and accurately, and in the most timely manner. I was in and out within the hour. As an out of state patient, I have to give credit to the entire staff who were very kind. Ms. Dean most likely prevented me getting sicker. I followed up with my Doctor upon returning home and recd the same diagnosis but was already being medicated because of Ms. Dean's ability to properly discern the situation.
