Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. It took me only a few moments to schedule a same day appointment.  This was my second visit and both times I was impressed by the ease of getting an appointment, the friendly efficiency of the front desk, the cleanliness of the space, and especially appreciative of the quality of medical care I received.  I’m really glad we have Indigo Care in Marysville!

The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.
