The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I cant' say enough good things about this place. Needed to get in quickly as I am due to leave the county tomorrow for two weeks. I'd never been here before but they were showing same day appointments so I thought I'd give it a go. Very easy and slick, modern sign-up experience via mobile (far superior to legacy providers). Got an appointment for an less than an hour after I signed up. At the place, both the receptionist and the PA-C (Kayla) who saw me were super-friendly and extremely helpful. The facility is modern and clean. The exam was thorough and all my questions were answered. The procedures were very well explained, as were the costs (very transparent - first provider I've been to who could easily and quickly tell me my out of pocket costs based on my insurance). They even had the medication I needed right there in stock at a reasonable price so I didn't need to stop at the pharmacy. This is the best kept secret in Woodinville for healthcare right now. They didn't seem busy at all, which I hope is not a sign they aren't doing well. Give them a try!

Awakened w a sore throat, pounding headache & cough. Think a fever too. Wonderful staff here. Felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.
