The staff at this location could not have been more helpful or friendly.  From the check-in, to the Medical Assistant Naya (sp?), to the Nurse Practitioner Katherine I saw.  Once I was in my room, they were efficient, knowledgeable.  I left knowing exactly what my plan of care was.  Highly recommend.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Everyone was excellent when it came down to anything we needed or asked. I appreciate everyone that was there they are extremely nice and respectful.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

I went to the Urgent Care Facility on my insurance providers website and it had closed the previous September. I went to the next one one the provider’s list 8 miles away. They were not open on weekends. I went into Indigo in my town thinking I would get turned away again. Their wait was too long; but they found an opening for me at another Indigo 3 miles away. They took me in right away. I was so relieved to get my very bad cough and sinusitis addressed. They were great!

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

The When I called yesterday afternoon there was a 3/4 hour wait. The kind receptionist suggested I make a 9:30 am appointment this morning. I did and it worked out very nicely. A short wait and all went very smoothly!  Yes, I’d recommend this provider based on my experience today.

I went in for COVID testing at a community testing site. It was pretty easy to book online and to check in. There was no wait time and the staff was very friendly. I had a good experience!

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.

After receiving my results, I called Labcorp and discussed the results with a consultation. This consultation filled in my knowledge gaps and made me more aware of my particular situation.
