Despite my having Medicare & Cigna Medicare supplement on file, I immediately received a bill online and in MyChart. This is inappropriate. Medicare beneficiaries are supposed to be billed only after Medicare/Supplement have either declined payment or have left a balance on the EOB. Please pass this on to PMG billing
