Doctor blew off everything I said , wasted 250$ For visit to get 20$ mouth wash . Would not recommend… staff was amazing. Still have the same issue with no end in sight. The doctor just tries to get through as many people as possible it’s all about the money but the people again like the tech the nurse the front receptionist were amazing. The doctor couldn’t care less didn’t even look at the issue literally sat in his chair and talked the whole time for about four minutes I would not recommend going here if you really have an issue. I brought my Mom in at 6 PM on a Sunday as she had a cold and had experienced total hearing loss in her right ear and was supposed to fly home the next day. Dr. Crawford diagnosed her w a collapsed eustachian tube and prescribed steroids. She advised her not to fly home until it felt better and hearing returned. Upon arriving back in MI, my Mom visited her ENT and he praised the urgent care doc for correctly diagnosing and properly prescribing meds. He said most docs misdiagnose or get amounts of steroids incorrect. So, not only was Dr. Crawford knowledgeable, she was very nice and answered all of our questions.
