Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. Elizabeth Dean treated me with understanding; she was personable and provided excellent care. She evaluated the situation quickly and accurately, and in the most timely manner. I was in and out within the hour. As an out of state patient, I have to give credit to the entire staff who were very kind. Ms. Dean most likely prevented me getting sicker. I followed up with my Doctor upon returning home and recd the same diagnosis but was already being medicated because of Ms. Dean's ability to properly discern the situation.
