Scheduling was easy and was there early to check in but still had to wait. My visit was pretty quick. My appointment was at 3PM. I got there at 2:45 and I left at 4. Time spent with the provider was probably less than 10 minutes.

The real live scheduling person (Sarah) did an excellent job. She was patient and informative and creative. Her service was far, far better than the online service that failed me...three times.
