I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Fast service considering it was a Friday evening. Was in and out in an hour  Front desk, and patient care was decent. No complaints.

This was for school forms for physical and TB screening. The staff made the process smooth and easy, and printed out the needed documents.

This is an excellent urgent care facility. The staff were professional, polite, considerate and compassionate. Wait time was minimal despite being busy. Scheduling an appointment was very helpful. Very clean facility. Thorough exam and knowledgeable medical professionals. Check-in/check-out was efficient and seamless.

The nurse was friendly but not at all gentle in swabbing my nose for the pcr test. I let her know how much she was hurting me and I know it could have been done to the same effect a lot more gently. She also told me it would take 2-3 days to get pcr results. I was led to believe otherwise from your web site and the doctor who was very friendly came in after and said we should have it probably 24 hours.

I received 2 COVID test and everyone I dealt with was kind, respectful, and caring. I would recommend to anyone.

Dr. “ Jersey Girl” Pagano was OUTSTANDING 😎. Suggestion - check your computer appointment confirmation notice. Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. Would it be better to use the word “USED”? Linda Yaeger

I was able to book a last minute appointment. The entire experience from walking in the door to leaving the office was a great experience. I appreciated all the individual care and treatment that I received from my doctor, my phlebotomist, the nurse, front desk to the entire staff. I also was impressed with the communication. All my questions were answered. And all my medical needs were met. I highly recommend going to this office/provider for your medical needs.

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!
