The doctor was nice and attentive it was just the front desk I had a problem with. I always get a print out when I leave an urgent care, but that day they wouldn't give me one and advised me to come in tomorrow to get it or request it online, like what the heck!. It was just a print out which. This was the close urgent care that accepts my insurance. Other than that the doctor was friendly with my kid and super nice.
