Super fast, CLEAN, and amazing doctors, nurses and staff. I booked our child’s appointment through solv website, but even though we had a set time, they worked us in according to how many patients were there. We are self pay so the cost was what I expected, but not outrageous. The check in was super easy, I did it from my phone right after we parked. I totally recommend this facility for any child minor emergency. Our pediatrician actually recommended us to come here and I wouldn’t doubt the quality of care especially if our established practice is recommending. OUTSTANDING!!! Very quick experience being seen by nurse and then Doctor. Rapid flu test run, which was negative and good instructions by MD about medications to take. Probably at facility an hour at most. Facility was very tidy and clean. Personnel helpful, physician, Dr Elizabeth Vasser, professional and really listened to symptoms. Would recommend as Urgent Care facility. They took my insurance and I paid a 50.00 co-pay. Was seen on a Sunday morning as a walk-in.

Came in for medical care. Was greeted and felt very comfortable. hey kept me updated and gave me juice and snacks. They were very busy. Doctor was friendly and explained all my concerns. Would definitely recommend this Concentra to anyone.

I literally pulled up, scanned the QR code on the window and checked in, walked in and was seen in less than 5 minutes. It was fantastic. We definitely needed an urgent care in dripping springs and this one was great. Everyone in the office was very friendly and actually had conversations with you. We will be back for any future urgent care needs that may arise!
